Early Registration Costs, through March 20th, 2018:
Single $75
Couple $125
Family $150
We have a Handicapped accessible cabin. If there are any special needs that you need, please let us know in advance. We will be more than happy to accommodate.
Cost of event includes:
Breakfast and dinner, coffee, tea, and kool-aid will be supplied. If you need snacks or drinks they may be kept in an ice chest in the cabins.
The main items needed for the weekend will be bedding, clothing, toiletries and snacks, drinks and/or Mead.
We need the following for each registration.
1. Waiver signed
2. Name of all on the registration
3. Contact Name and number in case of an emergency
4. Total in your family
We will need you to contact Debbie Tharp and make payment arrangements. We are needing an accurate account as soon as possible for meals and prep. Please put all information in the provided box at the bottom labeled "Comment." Thank You and Have A Blessed Day!

Neither C.C.H.C. or Any of It's Representatives Nor Wister State Park or Any Of It's Representatives are under any circumstance responsible for any lost or stolen items. We are not responsible for any injuries or possible medical attention needed.
